"$14 to return or exchange the pants. I'm out $28 if I try to exchange because what if they don't fit again? I bought 3 pairs the same size and all are different fit. I have been loyal to the brand but customer service did not seem to care or appreciate this."

These ended up being too long. The leg style was more like flair than boot cut. Ended up returning one of the two pairs I ordered and getting the correct ones. Returning was an easy process."
