Items can be returned or exchanged up to 60 days from the date you receive them.
Domestic orders can be returned for a refund back to the original payment or gift card or exchanged for a different size in the same exact style and color.
For in-person returns, there’s no need to print or package anything. Just bring your item(s) and your QR code into your nearest return bar location and we’ll take care of the rest. There is a $5.00/unit processing fee. For mail-in returns, please enclose the packing slip inside the package, attach the pre-paid, pre- addressed Return Label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your closest carrier location. All contiguous U.S. orders will have the option of a $8.00/unit processing fee which will be deducted from the total refund or credit if the provided label is used. You may also send the merchandise back using any other traceable method at your expense. Betabrand is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please make careful note of your tracking information if using your own label, as Betabrand is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns that were sent using your own shipping method. We strongly recommend against using a dropbox that does not have a daily pick up. Betabrand is not responsible for return transit delays due to the use of a dropbox that does not have daily pick up.
Exchanges can take up to two weeks to process after we receive your item(s).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International orders can be returned for ONLY for a refund back to the original form of payment or gift card - No exchanges.
Any item you want to return or exchange must be unworn and unwashed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items ordered from our Last Chance page – No exception.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed upon receipt at our warehouse.
By mail via our returns portal. ($8 per item for pre-paid return labels for domestic orders only.)

International customers must request a pre-paid shipping label. The refund will be issued as soon as it is picked up by the designated carrier and the label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
*Refunds can be applied only to the original payment method used for a particular order. For example, if you used gift card, we can reimburse you for gift card only. Once gift card has been requested and added to an account for a return, it cannot be changed back to a refund. NO EXCEPTION.
