Who handles your international shipping?
We've partnered with Passport Global, Inc. together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, and / or nominated agents (“Passport”) to facilitate the sale and delivery of orders to international markets. Passport has a number of shipping partners around the world that handle your local delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the referenced terms of sale for these markets. For Canadian customers, please see these additional terms.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
To create a better delivery experience for you, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to some of our international customers. By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is less likely to be stopped at customs. Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product. For some customers, prices are VAT inclusive. The total amount you pay includes applicable taxes, duties are assessed at checkout. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.

How are taxes paid?
For DDP shipments, taxes (VAT/GST) are collected at checkout. In most markets, taxes are remitted to the tax authority as part of the customs clearance process. However, some markets require the seller to remit taxes on low-value goods outside of the import process. For these markets, Passport acts as the Seller of Record for importing your low-value consignments / products. How can I track my package?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information which allows you to track the progress of your Betabrand shipment.

When will I receive my order?
We want you to receive your order as fast as possible! International orders are typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.

My package seems to have stopped moving.
If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events.
