"I have been purchasing from Betabrand for over 6 years. Some time ago I noticed a decline in quality. The shirts are thinner, and the pants are not as well made. I still have my pants from 6 years ago that I wear weekly. My new ones are a failure, the back pocket detaches and becomes useless. This last order was the final shot. XL petite is my size, in the past the fit is perfect. The last 3 pair I’ve ordered are not petite at all, they’re labeled as petite in the pants, but they’re at least 4 inches too long. I can’t afford to pay this much money for pants that I then have to pay to have hemmed, and they don’t last."
"Love these pants! These are my third pair I’ve bought with color. They fit great! Will need to wear with shoes at least 2 inches. I’m 5ft 6 , 145. Wear to work and sometimes in the evenings when going out. Absolutely love Betabrand for over five years now!"
"Wearing betabrand for over 20 years now and love the addition of more pockets. I think 7 is maybe a little excessive - the pockets behind the front pockets might be where it got extra. But I’ll always wear betabrand- I’ve never worn out a pair even with daily wear, the fabric doesn’t pill at all, and if you don’t put them in the dryer the elastic seems to be (so far) immortal."

"The pants themselves get 5 stars. Love them. They’re comfy, look great, and wash well. But I repeatedly have shipping issues with Betabrand. The tracking almost never works which they warn you about but no other companies that I order from have that problem. You’re supposed to wait 14 business days before reaching out to ask where your item is and at that point is when I’ve found out the item is lost. So usually by the time I get the item it’s been a month since I paid for it. Customer service is responsive though, just wish they could fix this issue."
