What happened?

"I have at least 50 pairs of Betabrand but this pair was disappointing. I gave them to Goodwill because even after washing they fit too big and too long. I ordered my regular size of medium petite. I loved the fabric design but they didn’t have the stretch all the others have. Now I am not sure I will order any more from Betabrand :("
