Return/Exchange Policy

• Items can be returned for 110% store credit or a refund to the purchasing payment method.
• Returned items must be unworn and unwashed.
• We offer free, pre-paid return labels to domestic orders only (please see "Need To Return An Item? section).
• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free, pre-paid return labels on international orders. To return, please send all items to the return address listed below, along with a note including your name, order number, and your desired return and/or exchange.
• We have a 60-day return/exchange policy (from the day you received your product).
• Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size only.
• Please note that exchanges can take up to two weeks upon our receiving your item back to process. (We'll do our best to expedite this process.)
• We do not accept returns on items bought from the Mega Deals collection.

Please Note: Refunds may only be applied to the original payment method used for that particular order. For example, if you used store credit, we can only reimburse you for store credit. Once store credit has been requested and added to an account for a return, it cannot be transferred back to alternate form of payment.
