Model Citizen Hannah D. used our Disco Open-Source Project to turn her toddler into a steampunk princess:
“For the past five years in Petaluma, CA there has been an event called Rivertown Revival. It is a celebration of everything local. It has a steampunk theme where costumes are encouraged. The crazier the better. And that is the reason I stumbled upon Betabrand.
This is my daughter Luna. She is a sixteen month old diva who demands the attention of everyone around her. Rivertown Revival was the perfect place to let her show off. I wanted to make an outfit for her that would stand out but still fit in with the vibe of the festival. I lucked out and a friend sent me to the betabrand website. I could not resist the Disco fabric.
She was a HUGE hit!! I had lots of people ask if her outfit was Betabrand. Everyone loved the disco space baby in the converse. And, of course, Luna loved all the attention.
Thanks for the great product. The Disco fabric was amazing to work with and I can’t wait for my next Disco Open-Source Project.
