Mash-Up #2: Japantarounds
Not since Hello Kitty and Garfield revealed their love child to the world have we witnessed a more intriguing mix of East and West! Of course, we’re talking about limited-edition Japantarounds.
So how did this fashion phenomenon come to be?
After the success of our first trouser mash-up, our intrepid engineers decided to throw some more pants together at light speed in the ol’ Betabrand atom smasher. This time around, they managed to fuse two of our most popular products right down to the molecular level.
New Japantarounds deftly combine the hip Tokyo styling of Japants with the lightweight horizontal corduroy of our classic Cordarounds.
Not since Hello Kitty and Garfield revealed their love child to the world have we witnessed a more intriguing mix of East and West!
The result: a unique pair of Japanese-American pants, perfect for any culture-commingling occasion.

We’re a small business, so we offer only a couple of lengths right now. Fortunately, any tailor can hem our pants to a great fit.
